Cancellation & Refund Policy

CCT Trips Guided Tours are multi-day escorted tour experiences operated by third-party tour operators. CCT Trips acts as a booking agent and does not operate, control, or manage the tour services.

Because Guided Tours are subject to supplier-specific contracts and cancellation schedules, the following policy applies unless otherwise stated in writing.

1. Deposit & Reservation

• A deposit is required per the specific supplier’s terms.
 • Your reservation is not confirmed until the supplier deposit is received.
 • Deposits are subject to the supplier’s cancellation policy.

2. Final Payment

• Final payment is due according to the supplier’s published schedule.
 • Failure to make final payment may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit per supplier terms.

3. Guest Cancellations

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable).
 • The effective date of cancellation is the date written notice is received.

Cancellation penalties are determined solely by the supplier and may increase as the departure date approaches.

CCT Trips does not control, waive, or override supplier-imposed cancellation penalties.

4. Supplier Cancellation Terms

Each Guided Tour is subject to the specific cancellation terms, refund timelines, and penalty schedules of the operating tour company.

These supplier terms are incorporated by reference into this policy.

Participants are responsible for reviewing the supplier’s published cancellation schedule prior to booking.

5. Refund Processing

• Refunds, if applicable, are issued according to supplier timelines.
 • CCT Trips is not responsible for delays caused by supplier processing.
 • Service fees, planning fees (if applicable), and non-refundable supplier charges are not refundable.

6. Trip Protection

CCT Trips strongly recommends the purchase of travel protection.

Participants who decline travel protection assume financial responsibility for applicable cancellation penalties and unforeseen circumstances.

7. Agreement

By submitting a deposit or payment for a CCT Trips Guided Tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
