These Terms & Conditions apply to all travel experiences offered by CCT Trips, a brand of Diversified Coaching LLC. By booking or participating in any CCT Trips experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are

2. Role of CCT Trips
CCT Trips organizes and hosts travel experiences but does not own or operate most travel services included in a trip.
Transportation, accommodations, attractions, dining, and other travel services may be provided by third-party suppliers including, but not limited to:
• Diamond Tours
• Hotels and lodging providers
• Restaurants
• Attractions and activity providers
• Local transportation providers
CCT Trips coordinates the travel experience, communicates trip details, collects payments when applicable, and hosts or supports participants during travel.
Third-party suppliers are responsible for delivering the services they provide.
3. Third-Party Suppliers
All third-party services are subject to the terms and conditions of the operating supplier.
CCT Trips is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, service changes, cancellations, or operational decisions made by third-party providers.
Supplier policies, schedules, and operational decisions may affect itineraries and travel experiences.
4. Payments & Reservations
Reservations are not confirmed until required deposits or payments are received.
Payments may be processed through travel suppliers, through secure authorization forms, or directly through CCT Trips depending on the type of experience.
Credit card information is collected only through secure authorization forms and is not stored by CCT Trips.
Returned checks may result in additional fees.
Chargebacks may result in cancellation of reservations.
5. Travel Protection
CCT Trips strongly recommends the purchase of travel protection.
Travel protection may provide coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, and other covered events.
Participants who decline travel protection assume financial responsibility for cancellation penalties and unforeseen circumstances.
A Travel Protection Acceptance or Decline Form may be required before certain bookings are finalized.
6. Traveler Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
• Providing accurate personal information
• Arriving on time for departures and activities
• Reading all communications and trip documents
• Advising of medical or mobility concerns in advance
• Bringing necessary medications or assistive devices
• Ensuring they are physically able to participate in planned activities
Failure to meet participation requirements may result in denial or removal from the experience for safety reasons.
7. Assumption of Risk
Travel and group activities involve inherent risks.
Participants acknowledge and accept risks that may include, but are not limited to:
• Vehicle travel
• Walking on uneven surfaces
• Physical activity
• Weather conditions
• Illness or injury
• Delays or itinerary changes
By participating in a CCT Trips experience, travelers voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and participation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCT Trips, Diversified Coaching LLC, and Toni Cessna are not responsible for:
• Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
• Accidents or incidents during transportation
• Illness, injury, or medical emergencies
• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
• Travel delays or interruptions
• Weather events or natural disasters
• Any circumstances outside the control of CCT Trips
Participation in any travel experience is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
9. Photography & Marketing
Photographs or video taken during trips or experiences may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
Participants who prefer not to appear in marketing materials must notify CCT Trips in writing before the trip.
Photos taken in public spaces may be used without additional permission unless written notice is provided in advance.
10. Communications & Electronic Signatures
Participants agree that CCT Trips may communicate trip information via email, phone, or text message.
Electronic acknowledgments and signatures carry the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
12. Bus Trip Policies
CCT Trips Bus Trips are multi-day travel experiences organized and hosted by Toni Cessna in partnership with Diamond Tours.
CCT Trips coordinates reservations, collects payments, communicates trip details, and hosts the group experience.
Motorcoach transportation, hotels, attractions, and other travel services are operated by Diamond Tours and their contracted suppliers.
Deposits & Reservations
A deposit may be required to reserve a seat on a bus trip.
A reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit is received.
Final Payment
Final payment deadlines are communicated for each trip.
Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Minimum Passenger Requirement
Bus Trips require a minimum number of paying participants to operate.
If the minimum is not met, the trip may be canceled and payments refunded.
Guest Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations may be eligible for reimbursement up to fourteen (14) days prior to departure if the total number of paying participants remains at or above the minimum required for the trip.
Within fourteen (14) days of departure, payments are generally non-refundable.
Roommate Responsibility
If a traveler sharing a room cancels, the remaining participant is responsible for any resulting single occupancy supplement or additional room costs.
Mobility Requirements
Bus Trips are designed for independent travelers able to:
• Board and exit a motorcoach without assistance
• Walk moderate distances
• Manage stairs
• Handle personal luggage
Conduct Expectations
Participants must behave respectfully toward the driver, host, fellow travelers, and venue staff.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund.
13. Guided Tour Policies
Guided Tours offered through CCT Trips are operated by third-party tour operators.
CCT Trips acts as a booking advisor and coordinator but does not operate the tour.
Deposits
Deposits are required according to the supplier’s terms.
Reservations are not confirmed until the supplier deposit is received.
Final Payment
Final payment deadlines are determined by the supplier.
Failure to make final payment may result in cancellation according to supplier rules.
Guest Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation penalties are determined by the operating tour company and may increase as the departure date approaches.
CCT Trips does not control or waive supplier cancellation penalties.
Refund Processing
Refunds, if applicable, are issued according to supplier timelines.
Planning fees, service fees, and non-refundable supplier charges are not refundable.
14. Hop In With Toni Policies
Hop In With Toni experiences are private small-group day trips coordinated by CCT Trips and hosted by Toni Cessna.
These experiences are not guided tours and are not operated by third-party tour companies.
Reservation & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Your experience date is not reserved until payment is received.
Experiences are priced as a flat rate for the experience, not per person.
Guest Limits
Experiences are designed for small groups with a maximum number of guests specified at booking.
Non-Refundable Transportation Portion
Each experience includes a $200 non-refundable transportation portion that covers vehicle rental, insurance, and transportation arrangements.
Guest Cancellations
Eight (8) or more days before the scheduled date
Refund of amounts paid minus the non-refundable transportation portion and any prepaid expenses.
Three (3) to seven (7) days before the scheduled date
100% future trip credit minus the non-refundable transportation portion.
Twenty-four (24) hours to three (3) days before the scheduled date
50% future trip credit minus the non-refundable transportation portion.
Less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled date or no show
No refund or credit.
Trip Credits
Trip credits are valid for six (6) months from the original scheduled trip date and may be applied to another Hop In With Toni experience.
Trip credits have no cash value.
Experience Changes
CCT Trips may adjust routes, stops, or timing as needed due to weather, safety considerations, or operational needs.
15. Updates to Terms
CCT Trips reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The effective date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued booking or participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a reservation, deposit, or payment for any CCT Trips experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Participation in any CCT Trips Bus Trip, Guided Tour, or Hop In With Toni experience constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
If a reservation is made on behalf of multiple travelers, the person submitting the reservation confirms that they have shared these Terms & Conditions with all participants and that each participant agrees to be bound by them.
