Book and Appointment

  • No. You do not need to organize a group.

    Many guests join CCT Trips Bus Trips as solo travelers or couples and enjoy traveling as part of the larger group experience.

  • CCT Trips Bus Trips are especially popular with empty nesters, retirees, and active seniors who enjoy comfortable travel, planned itineraries, and the ease of motorcoach transportation.
    All travelers who are comfortable with group travel and the physical requirements outlined below are welcome.

  • Trips use professionally operated motorcoaches arranged through our tour partner. Coaches are typically 54-seat or larger and include onboard restrooms and video for guest comfort.

  • Yes. For an additional $5 per person, guests may select their motorcoach seat in advance, subject to availability.
    Seat selection must be requested prior to departure.

  • Hotels are selected and contracted by our tour partner and are typically well-known national hotel brands offering non-smoking rooms with two double or queen beds. Hotel details are shared prior to departure.

  • Some meals are included and others are on your own.

    Included meals are listed clearly on each individual trip flyer and itinerary.

  • Bus Trips usually involve moderate walking, stairs, and standing at attractions.

    Guests must be able to:

    • Board and exit the motorcoach independently

    • Walk moderate distances

    • Manage their own luggage

    These trips are best suited for travelers with independent mobility.

  • Yes. Most itineraries include planned activities along with free time, allowing guests to explore, relax, or enjoy meals on their own.

  • CCT Trips hosts and supports the group throughout the journey.
    In addition, our tour partner provides destination-based support staff in many locations and emergency contact information prior to departure.

  • Itineraries may adjust due to weather, traffic, operational needs, or supplier requirements.

    Changes to timing, order of events, or specific venues do not typically result in refunds.

  • If a roommate cancels, the remaining guest is responsible for any single occupancy supplement or additional room cost required by the supplier.

  • All cancellations and refunds are governed by the CCT Trips Bus Trip Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is provided before booking and applies to all participants.

  • Travel protection is not required, but it is strongly recommended.
    Guests who decline travel protection assume financial responsibility for applicable cancellation penalties and unforeseen circumstances.
