Cancellation & Refund Policy

CCT Trips Bus Trips are multi-day group travel experiences operated in partnership with Diamond Tours. Because these trips are contracted group arrangements that require a minimum number of paying participants, the following Cancellation & Refund Policy applies unless otherwise stated in writing.

1. Deposit & Reservation

• A $75 per person deposit is required to reserve a seat.
 • Your seat is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
 • Deposits are subject to the cancellation terms outlined below.

2. Final Payment

• Final payment is due by the date communicated for each specific trip.
 • If final payment is not received by the due date, the reservation may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

3. Guest Cancellations

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable).
 • The effective date of cancellation is the date written notice is received.

Individual cancellations are eligible for reimbursement up to fourteen (14) days prior to departure provided the total number of paying participants remains at or above thirty (30).

If a cancellation results in the group falling below the required minimum of thirty (30) paying participants, reimbursement may not be available.

Within fourteen (14) days of departure, all payments are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued by check in accordance with supplier procedures.

4. Minimum Passenger Requirement

All CCT Trips Bus Trips require a minimum of thirty (30) paying participants to operate.

If the minimum participation requirement is not met, the trip may be canceled and all monies received will be refunded in full.

5. Trip Protection

CCT Trips strongly recommends the purchase of travel protection.

Participants who decline travel protection assume financial responsibility for applicable cancellation penalties and unforeseen circumstances.

6. Supplier Terms Apply

CCT Trips operates Bus Trips in partnership with Diamond Tours.

Supplier cancellation terms, refund procedures, and minimum passenger requirements apply and are incorporated by reference into this policy.

7. Agreement

By submitting a deposit or payment for a CCT Trips Bus Trip, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
