Bus Trip Terms & Conditions

(Participation Agreement & Assumption of Risk)

This Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all CCT Trips Bus Trips offered by CCT Trips, a brand of Diversified Coaching LLC. By submitting a deposit or participating in a CCT Trips Bus Trip, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Nature of CCT Trips Bus Trips

CCT Trips Bus Trips are multi-day, group travel experiences organized and hosted by Toni Cessna in partnership with Diamond Tours.

CCT Trips coordinates reservations, communicates trip details, collects payments, and hosts the group experience. Transportation, lodging, and attraction arrangements are operated by Diamond Tours and their contracted suppliers.

CCT Trips Bus Trips are structured group travel experiences and require flexibility, cooperation, and shared participation among all guests.

3. Role of CCT Trips

CCT Trips acts as the organizer, coordinator, and host of the group experience.

CCT Trips:
• Coordinates trip promotion and registration
• Communicates trip details and deadlines
• Collects and remits payments to Diamond Tours
• Hosts and supports the group during travel
• Advocates on behalf of guests when issues arise

CCT Trips does not own or operate the motorcoach, hotels, restaurants, or attractions included in the itinerary.

4. Third-Party Supplier Acknowledgment

Participants acknowledge that transportation, accommodations, dining, and attractions are provided by third-party suppliers, including Diamond Tours and its contracted vendors.

CCT Trips is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or service changes made by third-party providers.

All third-party services are subject to the terms and conditions of the operating supplier.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participants understand that multi-day group travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Motorcoach travel
• Boarding and exiting vehicles
• Walking on uneven surfaces
• Stairs and historic properties
• Weather conditions
• Physical activity
• Illness or injury
• Delays or itinerary adjustments

By participating in a CCT Trips Bus Trip, participants knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and group participation, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

6. Health, Fitness, and Mobility Requirements

CCT Trips Bus Trips are designed for independent travelers who are physically able to:

• Board and exit a motorcoach without assistance
• Walk moderate distances
• Manage stairs
• Handle personal luggage independently

Participants are responsible for:

• Disclosing relevant medical or mobility concerns in advance
• Bringing necessary medications or assistive devices
• Monitoring their own physical comfort and ability

CCT Trips reserves the right to deny or discontinue participation if safety concerns arise.

7. Roommate & Occupancy Responsibility

Room assignments are based on the occupancy selected at the time of booking.

If a participant sharing a room cancels:

• The remaining participant is responsible for any resulting single occupancy supplement or additional room cost.

Roommate disputes, preferences, or compatibility concerns are the responsibility of the participants.

CCT Trips does not guarantee roommate compatibility.

8. Itinerary Changes

All itineraries are subject to change due to:

• Weather
• Traffic
• Operational needs
• Supplier availability
• Safety considerations

Changes to timing, order of events, hotels, or included attractions do not constitute grounds for a refund.

9. Minimum Passenger Requirement

All CCT Trips Bus Trips require a minimum number of paid participants to operate.

If the minimum is not met, the trip may be canceled and refunds will be issued in accordance with the CCT Trips Cancellation & Refund Policy.

10. Conduct Expectations & Removal

Participants agree to behave in a respectful and cooperative manner toward:

• The motorcoach driver
• The host
• Fellow travelers
• Hotel and venue staff

Disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or illegal behavior may result in removal from the trip at the participant’s expense and without refund.

If removal becomes necessary, the participant is responsible for arranging and covering all costs associated with returning home.

11. Travel Protection

CCT Trips strongly recommends the purchase of travel protection.

Travel protection may provide coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel interruption, and other covered events.

Participants who decline travel protection assume financial responsibility for applicable penalties and unforeseen expenses.

12. Photography & Marketing

CCT Trips may use photographs or video taken during Bus Trips for marketing and promotional purposes.

Participants who prefer not to appear in marketing materials must notify CCT Trips in writing prior to departure.

Photos taken in public spaces may be used without additional permission unless written notice is provided in advance.

13. Communications & Electronic Signatures

Participants consent to receive communications related to the trip via email, phone, or text message.

Electronic acknowledgments and signatures carry the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCT Trips, Diversified Coaching LLC, and Toni Cessna are not responsible for:

• Injury, illness, or medical emergencies
• Accidents during transportation
• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
• Supplier delays or service failures
• Weather events or acts of God
• Itinerary changes beyond CCT Trips’ control

Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

15. Release & Hold Harmless

By participating in a CCT Trips Bus Trip, participants release, waive, and hold harmless CCT Trips, Diversified Coaching LLC, and Toni Cessna from claims arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct as defined by law.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Updates to Terms

CCT Trips reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued booking or participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.

18. Agreement Acknowledgment

By submitting a deposit or participating in a CCT Trips Bus Trip, you confirm that:

• You have read and understand this Agreement
• You voluntarily agree to its terms
• You acknowledge the cancellation policy and inherent risks of participation
